Redwood Financial Advisers Ltd offer mortgage and equity release services from a restricted panel of lenders that includes the majority of small regional banks or building societies to most of the larger high street banks and other national lenders.

Redwood Financial Advisers Ltd will not handle cash and will not act as executors or trustees

All services are offered with unlimited contact if clients wish to contact Redwood Financial Advisers Ltd and our payment structure is either fee or commission based.

Most of the products we advise on are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS).  You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if product providers or we cannot meet our obligations.  This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.

The actual level of compensation you receive will depend on the basis of your claim.  The FSCS only pays compensation for financial loss.  Compensation limits are per person per firm and per claim category.
